What a Restroom Trailer Rental Covers
Last updated: November 2026
A rental includes the restroom trailer, the agreed rental period, and delivery, setup, pickup, and servicing only when those items appear in your written quote. The customer must provide a suitable placement area and access, and arrange required power, water, and wastewater connections unless the quote says otherwise. Extra equipment, attendants, cleaning, extended use, permits, utility work, and site preparation require a separate agreement.
Customers are responsible for confirming site rules before booking. Wisconsin Plumbing Code SPS 382 applies to wastewater connections; wastewater discharge may require Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources approval.
Accessible toilet rooms are addressed in the 2010 ADA Standards, Sections 213 and 604. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 covers sanitation facilities at construction sites.
Check City of Medford event permit conditions and applicable Taylor County health requirements, including with the Taylor County Health Department when relevant. Requirements depend on the site and use; WI Toilet Rentals does not obtain approvals unless agreed in writing.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations
A booking is scheduled after WI Toilet Rentals and the customer confirm the rental dates, delivery and pickup windows, location, trailer type, and quoted scope. Any deposit or other booking requirement shown in the quote must also be met. Share access details, site restrictions, and utility arrangements before delivery so the schedule can be planned.
Contact us as soon as possible to request a date change, cancellation, or adjustment to the agreed work. Notice requirements, any cancellation charges, and whether a requested change is available depend on the quote or written agreement for that booking; no particular notice period or refund is promised here.
A change to the location, rental period, service level, or site conditions may affect availability and cost. We will confirm approved changes in writing before treating them as part of the booking.
Work not approved in writing remains outside the agreed scope. Weather, access problems, or other site conditions may require a revised plan, which we will discuss with you.
Written Quotes and Payment Details
A quote describes the trailer and rental period requested, along with any delivery, setup, pickup, servicing, or other items included in the proposed work. It is based on the information provided about the site and event.
Ask us to revise the quote if dates, location, access, utilities, or rental needs change. A quote is not a booking until WI Toilet Rentals confirms the arrangement and any stated booking requirements are met.
Payment timing, accepted payment methods, deposits, taxes, and any other charges will be set out in the quote or written agreement. No fixed price or payment schedule applies to every rental.
Please review those details before approving the work. If you request additional services or a change in scope, we will explain any added cost and seek your approval before proceeding, except where immediate action is reasonably needed to protect people or property. You are responsible for paying approved amounts by the due dates stated in your agreement.
What We Can Stand Behind
WI Toilet Rentals will provide the rental services described in the confirmed written agreement. This page does not create a separate workmanship warranty, promise a particular service duration, or guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Any specific warranty, service remedy, or coverage period applies only if it is stated in writing for your booking. Ask us to clarify those terms before approving the quote.
Please report a problem promptly and provide details about the trailer, site conditions, and when the issue began. We will review the concern against the agreed scope and discuss an appropriate next step.
Coverage or remedies may not apply to damage, misuse, unauthorized changes, improper connections, utility failures, site conditions, or work performed by others, to the extent permitted by law and the written agreement. Do not attempt repairs or alter equipment without authorization.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. The quote and any written warranty govern if they provide more specific terms.
Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses
To the extent permitted by law, WI Toilet Rentals is not responsible for loss caused by conditions that existed before our work, inaccurate site information, inadequate access, utility failures, misuse, or work by other people. We are also not responsible for permits, discharge approvals, or customer arrangements unless the written agreement assigns a specific task to us. Customers should protect people and property around the trailer and promptly report unsafe conditions.
Where the law allows, our responsibility for a claim arising from the rental is limited to the amount paid for the affected services. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable requirements remain important: Wisconsin Plumbing Code SPS 382 addresses wastewater connections; the 2010 ADA Standards, Sections 213 and 604, address accessible toilet rooms; and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 addresses construction sanitation facilities. Confirm any wastewater discharge approval with the Wisconsin DNR and site-specific event conditions with the City of Medford and relevant Taylor County authorities. These terms do not replace those rules.
Questions About These Rental Terms
If you have a question about these terms or need to confirm what applies to a booking, contact WI Toilet Rentals before approving the quote. Call (833) 549-4191 or email quote@restroomtrailerrentalmedfordwi.top.
You may also write to 233 S 8th St, Medford, WI 54451. Include your name, rental dates, and quote or booking details so we can identify the arrangement. Do not send payment card details by email.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when you approve a booking applies unless you and WI Toilet Rentals agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a different result.
For a new booking, we will make the current terms available for review. If a change affects an existing booking, we will communicate it directly when appropriate.
A change does not alter an existing written agreement unless both sides agree or applicable law permits it. Please ask us for clarification if any part of the terms is unclear.
Daniel Larson
Service Expert at WI Toilet Rentals
I started this business after years of coordinating practical service work around Medford and seeing how much a dependable restroom setup matters at a job site or a family event. Wisconsin winters taught me to plan carefully for access, freeze protection, and timely servicing rather than assume every site is the same.
